mama sure has become an endearing word to hear. That's what M calls me and I love it. I didn't care much for it growing up & never thought that it would hold so much meaning for me. I didn't ask for the name, it's just what it's become. You'd think that mama and papa would go together, or mommy and daddy, but we're mama and daddy. Hey, I'll take it.
Just wanted to share that little insight this morning.

Dad you have a great name here...pampa. You should hear how the boys say it. I wish you could hear it a lot more. It's just in the way they say it.
I am "mama" and my DH is "daddy" too. And I never liked "mama" either, but it does sound awfully sweet coming from your own child's mouth, doesn't it?
